Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved proof or order details, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be honored. Once verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.

Custom Products

All custom or personalized items — including but not limited to screen-printed, embroidered, engraved, or otherwise branded products — are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Custom Products

We do not accept returns on non-custom products at this time.
