Ordering Terms & Conditions

To ensure clarity, efficiency, and alignment with standard industry practices, please review the following information regarding samples, proofs, and pre-production requests.

Product Samples (Blank or Unbranded)

  • Product samples are available upon request and are subject to supplier availability.
  • Blank samples may be provided for product evaluation, including size, material, color, and overall quality.
  • Sample costs, shipping, and handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.
  • Sample charges may be credited toward a future order at the sole discretion of HOM HOLDINGS INC. once an order is placed.

Virtual Proofs (Standard Practice)

  • A virtual proof (digital mockup) is provided with most orders prior to production.
  • Virtual proofs reflect approximate logo placement and layout. Final size, stitching, and appearance may vary based on decoration method and product material.
  • Colors displayed on screen may differ from final production due to monitor settings, production processes, and material variations.
  • Production will not begin until written approval of the virtual proof is received.

Pre-Production Samples (Physical Decorated Samples)

  • Pre-production samples (physically decorated items) are available upon request for an additional fee and are provided only after the order has been approved and prior to full production.
  • Pre-production samples require:
    • An approved virtual proof
    • Payment of all applicable setup, decoration, product, and shipping costs
  • Requests for pre-production samples may extend standard production timelines.
  • Pre-production samples are intended to confirm decoration method, placement, and overall appearance. Minor variations may occur in the final production run.

Approval & Production Disclaimer

  • Final production is based on the approved virtual proof or pre-production sample.
  • Once approval is provided, HOM HOLDINGS INC is not responsible for errors or omissions that were present in the approved proof or sample.

Contracted Orders

  • Contracted orders may require additional approvals, documentation, or compliance steps based on agency or organizational requirements.
  • Clients are responsible for notifying HOM HOLDINGS INC in advance if physical samples, purchase orders, contract documentation, or specific approvals are required.
  • HOM HOLDINGS INC reserves the right to provide pre-production samples only to entities that have an approved purchase order and/or active, awarded contract with HOM HOLDINGS INC, and only in accordance with the terms and conditions of that contract.
